Terms & Conditions
📄 Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 4, 2022
Photographer To GO ("we," "us," or "our") is a national wedding photography and videography company serving clients in all 50 U.S. states. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and the responsibilities of both Photographer To GO and the client. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking retainer of $500 is required to reserve your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due no later than the wedding date, unless a separate arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
Invoices will be sent via email and must be paid through our approved payment methods.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations result in forfeiture of the $500 deposit.
Clients may reschedule up to two times without penalty. A $300 rescheduling fee applies for the third change or beyond.
Changes to the wedding date, venue, or schedule must be submitted via email at least one week in advance and confirmed by our team.
If we are unable to fulfill the booking due to an emergency or event beyond our control, we will attempt to provide a qualified replacement. If none is available, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a finalized timeline, access to photography/videography locations, and a list of any must-have shots at least seven days before the event.
For events longer than 5 hours, the client agrees to provide a vendor meal for each Photographer To GO team member present.
We are not liable for missed moments due to access restrictions, last-minute changes, or lack of communication.
4. Copyright & Usage
All photographs, video footage, and other creative content remain the property of Photographer To GO until full payment is received.
We retain the right to use selected images and footage for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, advertising), unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
Clients are granted a non-commercial license to print, share, and display final content for personal use. Sale, modification, or commercial distribution of any files requires written permission.
5. Delivery Timeline
Photography: Final edited gallery will be delivered within 30 days of the event.
Videography: Final edited video(s) will be delivered within 60 days of the event.
Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
6. File Storage & Archiving
We store final edited files for five (5) years after delivery. Beyond that period, retrieval is not guaranteed.
We encourage clients to download and back up all files upon delivery.
7. Travel & Expenses
Clients are responsible for covering:
Travel and lodging for events held outside of NC, VA, MD, or DC
Permit or venue fees required for access
Travel details will be discussed during booking and added to your invoice if applicable.
8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or non-performance.
We are not responsible for failures caused by acts of God, natural disasters, illness, transportation issues, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule your event or provide an alternative photographer.
9. Revisions
One complimentary revision is included with each photo or video delivery if requested within 30 days of receipt.
Additional edits may incur a fee and will be quoted in advance.
10. Agreement Acceptance
Booking our services, paying the deposit, or signing a written agreement constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all wedding bookings unless otherwise stated in a separate signed agreement.
