In just 5–10 minutes, we’ll chat about your wedding plans and photography vision—no payments no pressure. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a second call after you’ve had time to review everything. You’ll also get a summary email with all the details we discussed to help with your decision.
The Second Consultation
Now for the follow up Q&A.
We’ll go over any remaining questions and talk through your final thoughts based on the info from our first conversation. If everything feels like a great fit and you're ready to move forward, we’ll begin the booking process during this call.
The Booking Process
Next the final review.
After the two phone calls, we’ll send over your wedding agreement and security deposit details if everything looks good. If you have any questions, we’re happy to go over them with you. Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, your date will be officially booked!

No worries at all—there’s absolutely no pressure. If you need more time to think things through, just let us know. Your date isn’t officially held until the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. We will schedule another follow up for a future date.

Not at all. The first consultation is often just with one partner, and the second call is a great opportunity to include both of you—but it’s totally up to what works best for your schedule.

The earlier, the better—especially if your wedding falls during peak season. Most couples book between 9 to 18 months in advance. Even if you're still finalizing details, reaching out early helps secure your spot.

We understand you may need a little time after the call, and we’re here to support you through the decision. However, please note that dates are not held without a signed agreement and paid deposit. To keep things fair for everyone, we require the agreement to be signed within 3 days and the security deposit paid within 24 hours, unless we’ve discussed a different timeline during your consultation.
